General Terms and Conditions

Unless other payment terms have been agreed all goods (including carriage) must be paid in full, as per sales order confirmation or invoice, before despatch.

For large orders the customer may be requested to pay Junction Fifteen 50% of the total sum to process the order. The balance will be due before items are dispatched unless other payment terms have been agreed and authorised in writing by Junction Fifteen.

Customer order must be completed and authorised by designated personnel who has authority to confirm payment and not by any third party company. In addition we will not enter into any third party payment agreements for settlement of accounts. For the avoidance of doubt quotations given to the Customer by Junction Fifteen shall be deemed to have lapsed if no written order has been received 30 days of the date of the quotation.

Customers to check specifications of product ordered and ensure that submitted order form is correct.

Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in any sales literature, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, invoice or other document or information issued by the Company shall be subject to correction without any liability.

Junction Fifteen reserve the right, by giving notice to the Customer at any time after acceptance of an order and before delivery, to increase the price of the Goods to reflect any increase in the cost to Junction Fifteen which is due to any factor beyond their control, including, without limitation, any foreign exchange fluctuation, currency regulation, alteration of duties, significant increase in the costs of labour, materials or other costs of manufacture, any change in delivery dates, quantities or specifications for the Goods which is requested by the Customer, or any delay caused by any specification or other instructions of the Customer or failure of the Customer to give Junction Fifteen adequate information or instructions.

Any dates quoted for delivery of the Goods are approximate only and Junction Fifteen shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Goods however caused.

All goods dispatched must be checked on receipt by the customer and any shortfall or discrepancy must be notified in writing to Junction Fifteen as soon as possible or within 5 working days.

Please contact Junction Fifteen directly if not fully satisfied with the product upon receipt. The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt stating the reason for return. Refunds will be processed within 20 days from the date the goods are received by Junction Fifteen. The parcel and the goods are the buyers responsibility until receipt by Junction Fifteen, therefore we recommend you use a registered postal service and retain proof of postage. We are not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit. The item must be returned in packaging suitable for shipment so the item arrives to us in re-saleable condition. We offer refunds only if the item sent is incorrect e.g item name/colour/ material. If the goods appear to have been damaged in transit contact Junction Fifteen immediately upon opening.

Intellectual Property

Ownership: Junction Fifteen own all intellectual property rights to the product. The customer shall not license, sell, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, host, or otherwise commercially exploit the product unless agreed by Junction Fifteen in writing. The customer will not modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, reverse engineer any parts of the product.

Privacy Policy

We hold our customers/ clients company name, address, contact names, telephone numbers and email addresses. We use these details to process orders, invoices and statements and any other associated paperwork.

In order for you to feel confident about how we handle and store data we want to inform you your details are not passed on to any third parties. Your information is stored on password protected computers and is backed up regularly by a secure back up system.

Junction Fifteen will not knowingly share or divulge any customer information to any third parties or individuals.

Junction Fifteen will not share or store customer payment details.

Should you choose to contact us using the online contact form on our website, none of the data will be passed onto a third party with exception of CampaignMonitor who we use for our own email newsletters. We will not pass on or divulge personal information to any other third party.

If you choose to join our email newsletter, the email address that you submit to us will be forwarded to CampaignMonitor who provide us with email marketing services. Your email address will remain within CampaignMonitor’s database for as long as we continue to use CampaignMonitor’s services for email marketing or until you specifically request removal from the list. You can do this by unsubscribing using the unsubscribe links contained in any email newsletters that we send you or by contacting us requesting removal. When requesting removal via email, please send your email to us using the email account that is subscribed to the mailing list.

Warranties & Liabilities

Subject to the conditions set out below Junction Fifteen warrants that the Goods will materially correspond with their specification at the time of deliver and is given subject to the following conditions:

  • Junction Fifteen shall be under no liability in respect of any defect in the Goods arising from any design or specification supplied by the Customer;
  • Junction Fifteen shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow the Company’s instructions, whether oral or in writing, misuse or alteration of the Goods without the Company’s approval
  • Junction Fifteen shall be under no liability under the above warranty (or any other warranty, condition or guarantee) if the total price for the Goods has not been paid by the due date for payment
  • The above warranty does not extend to materials or equipment not manufactured by Junction Fifteen.
  • Where any valid claim in respect of any of the Goods which is based on any defect in the quality or condition of the goods or their failure to meet specification is notified to Junction Fifteen in accordance with these Conditions, Junction Fifteen shall be entitled to replace the Goods, or such defective batch, free of charge or, at the Junction Fifteen’s sole discretion, refund to the Customer the price of the Goods, or a proportionate part of the price, but Junction Fifteen shall have no further liability to the Customer.
  • Junction Fifteen shall not be liable to the Customer or be deemed to be in breach of the Contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of the Company’s obligations in relation to the Goods, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond Junction Fifteen’s reasonable control.
  • Customer, Designer and or specifier to ensure product is suitable for chosen domestic or commercial environment. Junction Fifteen will not be responsible in any way for product being used within an inappropriate or unsuitable environment.


  • Use for intended purpose of sitting. Do not misuse, stand, kneel, lean, push or rock on product.
  • This product is not suitable for children.
  • Furniture to be used with all feet on floor at all times.
  • Ensure fixings are tight at all times and all component parts are present.
  • Do not tamper with or remove parts. It could be hazardous to do so.
  • Manufacturer does not accept any responsibility of injury if product is used incorrectly.


Junction Fifteen shall be entitled to cancel an order or, at its discretion, suspend any further deliveries in the event that:

  • The Customer makes any voluntary arrangement with its creditors; or becomes subject to an administration order; or goes into liquidation (otherwise than for the purposes of amalgamation or reconstruction); or if a trustee, receiver, administrative receiver or similar officer is appointed in respect of all or any part of the business or assets of the Customer; or an encumbrance takes possession, or a receiver is appointed, of any of the property or assets of the Customer; or the Customer ceases, or threatens to cease, to carry on business; or the Company reasonably apprehends that any of the events set out above is about to occur in relation to the Customer and notifies the Customer accordingly.
  • In the event of a termination of an order any Goods which have been dispatched but not paid for the price shall become immediately due and payable by the Customer notwithstanding any previous agreement or arrangement to the contrary
